For generations families have been attending UPEI and its predecessor institutions Prince of Wales College (PWC) and St. Dunstan’s University (SDU). The UPEI Alumni Association understands the impact that education has created for these families and would like to celebrate the legacies that have been created.

In that spirit, the UPEI Alumni Association is pleased to present a new award to a student entering their first year of study at UPEI (not necessarily their first year of study). AVC students and graduate are eligible to if they are entering UPEI for the first time.
