Bubble Soccer (11:30am-1:30pm, Sports Centre)
The game will have eight players, encased in zorb-like inflatable bubbles, who will bounce into each other as they fight for possession of the soccer ball. Short games with four on four. Participants are asked to wear indoor sneakers and come dressed in gym attire. Registration is on a first come first serve basis. All participants will be required to sign a waiver form. Bystanders can watch, but must do so from the walking track area.
Yoga (12:05pm-12:50pm, Panther Fitness Studio) Lyndsey Paynter will lead this session and mats will be provided. This session provides a full body strength and flexibility workout which tones the body. Long stretches will melt away stress and create a feeling of deep relaxation.

Flow Yoga is a dynamic, constantly moving class where movements are linked with breath. Join Rebecca Gass, Certified Yoga Instructor, for a fun, upbeat, glow in the dark class featuring different variations of sun salutations and invigorating poses encompassing whole body and core. All levels are encouraged to attend. Participants are asked to bring their own mat, water and wear comfortable clothing. Space is limited. Please click here to register (link to Google form).
Coffee with a Stranger: (7:00pm-8:00pm, Campus Life Lounge, Student Affairs, 2nd fl MSC) Diane Burke, along with her daughter Jenna Burke (who is an Aboriginal Student Mentor with Mawi'omi and in her 4th year at UPEI) will give a talk on the Residential School System and its impact on families & relationships. Diane's mom, Jenna's grandmother, attended the Shubenacadie Residential school. This promises to be a very meaningful and important conversation. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
Mental Health Trivia Night (8:30pm, The Wave, Murphy Student Centre)
Come out to your campus pub, The Wave, and enjoy some mental health based trivia! Questions are a mix of pop culture and clinically based. It's going to be a great time!
