Candlelight Vigil for victims of the Pittsburgh Synagogue attack

The University of Prince Edward Island expresses its condolences to the entire Jewish community on the senseless act of hate and violence that took place at a synagogue in Pittsburgh last Saturday. UPEI wishes to inform the campus that PEI's Jewish Community is holding a Candlelight Vigil in memory of the 11 victims of the shooting rampage and in support of those wounded. The Vigil will take place Sunday, November 4, 2018 at 3 pm in front of Founders Hall, at the corner Water Street and Prince Street in downtown Charlottetown. All are invited and encouraged to attend in solidarity as a way to show their support.
