The UPEI men’s and women’s basketball teams are ready to roll at the annual Mickey Place Memorial Basketball Tournament! The tournament features nine teams from across Canada and runs from Friday, September 27, to Sunday, September 29.

The women’s pool includes Université Laval, Carleton University, Acadia University and UPEI. The men’s pool includes Université Laval, University of Guelph, Dalhousie University, University of New Brunswick and UPEI.

All games will be played in the UPEI Chi-Wan Young Sports Centre. The full tournament schedule can be found at gopanthersgo.ca. Tickets are $20 for a day pass, $10 for non-UPEI students, and free for UPEI students. An adult tournament pass is $50 and $20 for non-UPEI students (season ticket holders receive 50% off on the tournament pass). Tickets can be purchased online at panthertickets.ca or in person at game time.
