A strategic enrolment management (SEM) plan for UPEI is currently under development by a Steering Committee and subcommittees. This plan will provide a forward-thinking approach from 2025–2030 to promote student success and achieve desired enrolments, retention and graduation rates, while aligning with UPEI’s overall mission and strategic goals.

All members of the University community are invited to attend a consultation session on Thursday, May 22, from 1:00–2:30 pm, in the lecture theatre, Room 104, of the K.C. Irving Chemistry Centre. An overview of the draft SEM plan, including five overarching goals, underlying strategies, and tactics will be presented. Following the session, feedback is welcomed and should be sent to the Steering Committee Chair, Dr. Melissa James, Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs and Student Success, McDougall Faculty of Business at mjames@upei.ca, or the Office of the Vice-President, Academic and Research (VPAR) at vpar@upei.ca, by Friday, May 30.
