Medventions Atlantic is a four-month immersive innovation fellowship that embeds interdisciplinary fellows within Nova Scotia Health’s clinical environments to identify healthcare challenges and collaboratively design solutions with frontline clinicians, patients, health system leaders, and engineering and product design experts.
Fellows work alongside clinical teams through observation, stakeholder engagement, systems analysis, and solution development, culminating in a final presentation and a business case or implementation pathway recommendation.

We encourage applications from individuals with backgrounds in engineering, business, health innovation, entrepreneurship, and related disciplines who are passionate about improving healthcare systems and patient care.
