The University 100 Program, Faculty of Arts invites applications for the position of Sessional Instructor to teach BIS 1930 Career and Learning Portfolio in the first term of Summer 2025. The course is delivered in an asynchronous Web format. This course is subject to final budgetary approval.
BIS-1930 Career Learning Portfolio (3 Credits)
This course is designed to review and clarify a student's learning and career objectives, and to document and demonstrate experiential learning. Learners understand the various purposes of portfolios; know the conventions of developing and professionally presenting a portfolio; and are capable of articulating acquired learning in job descriptions or degree requirements.
Qualifications:
Successful applicants will have a Graduate degree or a Doctoral degree. Preference will be given to the qualified candidates with seniority on the UPEI Sessional Roster and full-time and term contract Faculty Members of the Academic unit.
