The appointment is expected at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter. Candidates must have an earned doctorate in a relevant field or be close to completion. A record of excellence in teaching appropriate to career stage, or a demonstration of clear promise, is required. While the primary focus is on teaching and service, candidates should also demonstrate a capacity for scholarly productivity.

The McDougall Faculty of Business has emphasized evidence-based management in teaching and scholarship and offers an MBA in Global Leadership. Candidates who can contribute to those themes are encouraged to apply. In addition, our Faculty values candidates with both strong academic qualifications and professional experience in an applied setting.
