Please be advised that VoIP calling is currently available only within the following pilot departments:  

• ITSS
• Faculty of Medicine
• Human Resources
• Finance. 

ITSS is actively working with our telecommunications partner to prepare for the campus-wide telephone system upgrade, which includes the rollout of VoIP calling. Once a delivery schedule is confirmed, it will be shared on the M365 Project site at go.upei.ca/itss
