UPEI opens its doors! Campus-wide Fall Open House is Saturday, October 24

The University of Prince Edward Island will hold an “Open House Day” on its Charlottetown campus on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. This year’s event promises to be the biggest ever!  

 

The UPEI Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences Centre will open its doors to the public for a Community Open House from 9 am to 11 am. The event will include clinical simulation demonstrations, exploration of teaching and learning spaces such as the anatomy lab, and opportunities to meet members of the Faculty of Medicine team.

 

The Atlantic Veterinary College’s Annual Open House will take place from 10 am to 2 pm. This free, family-friendly event is filled with animals, hands-on activities, demonstrations, and fun for all ages.

 

UPEI’s Fall Open House for prospective students on the central campus will begin at 12 noon and run until 4 pm. The Fall Open House is an opportunity for high school students and their parents, family, and supporters to discover all the benefits of joining the Panther family—and how their “Big Futures” start at UPEI. Attendees can tour our beautiful campus; meet faculty, staff, and students; discover campus life; and enjoy giveaways and bookstore discounts. They will learn about our academic programs, financial aid, residence life, support services, and how to get involved in campus life.

 

High school students can register at upei.ca/openhouse—they’ll receive a “free” application code, which allows them to waive the application fee.
