The overall focus of the position is on inspection, compliance, and enforcement of Provincial regulatory requirements for the following activities: buying, selling, and processing of fish and fish products, providing advice and recommendations on the delivery of an inspection or enforcement program, and ensuring compliance with the PEI Fisheries Act and the PEI Fish Inspection Act and respective regulations.
