2020 U SPORTS Women's Hockey Championship
The UPEI Panthers are proud to welcome the best university women’s hockey teams across the nation as they are set to host the 2020 U SPORTS WOMEN’S HOCKEY CHAMPIONSHIP at MacLauchlan Arena in Charlottetown, P.E.I. March 12-15, 2020.

Job-Ready Bootcamp
Today's university students are graduating into a rapidly changing work-world. This Job-Ready Bootcamp helps students make sense of the labour market and translate their academic learning and experiences into the job skills employers are seeking. Understanding the contemporary landscape of work and how employers evaluate potential candidates is key to effectively preparing job search documents, delivering an impressive interview, and ultimately achieving short-term and long-term career goals.
The full-day program includes the following four skill-building workshops:
Gender Justice and Equality From a Sustainable Development Perspective: A Workshop with Jillian Kilfoil
In commemoration of the 30th anniversary of International Development Week, a Workshop on Promoting Gender Justice with a Social Determinants and Sustainable Development perspective will be held on Wednesday, 5 February in the Home Science Building 104 (HSB 104) at 5:00 pm.
The workshop will be led by Jillian Kilfoil, Executive Director, Women's Network of PEI.
All are welcome to attend this free event.

Understanding how career pathways connect to different sets of skills and competencies can be important in preparing yourself for a changing work world.
In this workshop, students will learn about:

- Job clusters and potential pathways
- Gaining meaningful experience

Chris Huggan, director of Athletics and Recreation at UPEI, has named Lewis Page the new head coach of the UPEI women’s soccer team. Page has an extensive and impressive track record, including currently serving as head coach of the UPEI men’s soccer team.
