Strategic Planning Process
In September 2024, UPEI launched a series of consultations and conversations to inform its next strategic plan.
Since that time, UPEI has been engaging with members of our university and broader communities to discuss topics such as UPEI’s priorities and opportunities, what defines UPEI, and how we can develop a framework of action that supports our collective values and vision.
Through these consultations, we will define the priorities and actions to move UPEI forward over the next five years. Our discussions will also help guide the University in determining how we can best serve our community and achieve our full potential.
Opportunities to participate in development of the 2025–2030 strategic plan will be shared through UPEI’s various communication channels.
President Rodgers will kick off a series of President's Town Halls on January 15, 2025. The first topic is an update on the development of UPEI's strategic plan for 2025–2030. All UPEI community members are invited to attend.
