Beyond Awareness – Strategies for Neurodiverse Workplace Success
The University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI) offers free neuroinclusivity training to workplaces across Canada. Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) funded this program through the Accessible Canada Fund.
Online micro-courses: Learn at your own pace
Our neuroinclusivity training program includes 3 online micro-courses. Each course features clear explanations, real workplace examples, and practical tips.
What you will learn:
- Course 1: What neurodiversity means in the workplace
- Course 2: Ways to promote neuroinclusivity every day
- Course 3: How to hire and build teams according to neuroinclusivity principles
How it works:
- Complete the courses online, whenever works for you
- Each course takes less than 1 hour
- Get a certificate for each course you finish
- Finish all 3 courses, earn a certificate for the complete program
