Department Heads and Chairs are reminded that the University's fiscal year-end is April 30, 2014. To ensure that 2013-14 expenditures are recorded in the 2013-14 operating budget, all external requisitions (both electronic and hard copy) to be processed for purchase orders must be received by the Procurement Services office no later than 12 noon Friday, April 25, 2014. Our auditors require that goods charged to the 2013-14 budget must be both invoiced and received on or before April 30, 2014. Requisitions will be reviewed for acceptability prior to the April 25, 2014 final cut-off date. - Goods invoiced or received after April 30, 2014 will be charged to the next fiscal year (2014-15). The meetings will focus on the draft program evaluation instrument, guiding principles and proposed planning process.
